The pipeline of immatics is balanced between product candidates for niche indications with shorter time-to-market, and product candidates with potentially broader label for larger markets.

Our lead product , IMA901, a combination of several TUMAPs for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma, has entered a Europe-wide multi-center Phase II clinical trial in 2007. Our second product for the treatment of colorectal carcinoma, IMA910, has recently entered a large Phase I/II clinical trial and is now open for patient recruitment. In addition, there are discovery programs underway for a wide range of other cancer tumor types.

With our powerful discovery engine that can select TUMAPs directly from primary tumor tissue by a combination of genomics, mass spectrometry, bioinformatics and T-cell immunology, immatics is building a rapidly growing and strong pipeline of oncology drug candidates. We believe our platform is the most efficient discovery engine for the identification of TUMAPs presently available in the pharmaceutical industry.
